    Throat burns

    I started with 36mg and inhale directly into my throat and I've only ever had trouble with sore throat if i vape my atty dry through out the day. Once I could tell that I needed to add more juice without the harsh dry atty reminder the soreness went away. It's all part of the learning curve.

    Canker Sores

    My mother started taking vitamins a few years ago and has always sworn by lysine for cankers. I got a canker right along the middle of my lower lip where my lip ring is and where my PV rests on my lip.
