    really? i ordered 4 boxes of blanks from v4l and i filled two of them and they taste really weird. im accually just refilling old ones and they taste better. dunno whats up with that??

    No. they drop the voltage. say u use two 3.7 batterys in your mod. that makes it 7.4v then u use the hv atty to bring it down to 5v or whatever. the so called sweet spot for vaping
