    no dont pull the stuff out of the cartomizers. if u feel u have to clean it out i just rinse it out under water and blow it out from the top till water stops coming out of it. repeat a few times. let it dry for a few hrs fill it back up

    i had one that started to do that. i stoped using it. i had some weird juice i wasent big on either i think that had something to do with it. i washed it out n let it dry over night and refilled with a diff juice and it still does it i gave up on that one
