    Tomorrow I wire my down payment to the home dealer. The contracts apparently are all in place. And my brother's cows are off the pasture. Work should begin shortly on the site.

    The final quote is in. I can't close until next week though because the dealer has to arrange all the contracts. Then, once my brother has his cows off the pasture, work on the site can begin. I'm meeting with a fencing guy on Friday. That's not a part of the mortgage though.
