    Good (late) morning random folks. I just got back from the doctor to go over some labs. For some unknown reason my liver tests are elevated, so I have to have more labs and an abdominal ultrasound. I'm definitely praying that these are normal. Wish me luck.

    Howdy random folks. After nearly a week of not working out, I did a mile and a half tonight. It had been too cold to leave the house for anything but bare essentials. It got up to 31⁰ today and is supposed to be 53⁰ tomorrow. It is going to get warmer and it should reach 70⁰ by next week.
