Howdy random folks. I just got home from working out. I did 45 minutes or 8 3/4 miles on the bike. It's not near as strenuous as the treadmill, but it's better for my foot. Good morning random folks. I got my walk in the park done. I did 4 laps, or just under 3 miles. Today and tomorrow are gonna be warm, with highs in the mid 90s, then come Monday it will cool off to the low 80s. No rain. The creeks are bone dry.- Territoo
