    What level of nicotine keeps you off of tobacco?

    I'm a noobie but have only vaped 18mg since I started vaping 2 weeks ago. If I feel antsy at work or something I just sneak a toke in the bathroom and I'm fine. But I smoked Lights for over 20 years and only smoked full flavors if I was having to bum. ~Jenn
