    I have taken to adding some Plume Room Iced Gingersnap or AiV Ginger by the Sea to my Doodle to make the Ginger note be there all the time. Just a drop or two in the dripper (to 8 drops of Doodle) and YUMMMY! Snickerdoodle Ginger goodness every time! :D
