Not by enough to matter.
You are just trying to decide what flavor you like at appx what%.
Once you figure that out, you can mix a larger batch which will be much easier to measure. It is much easier to measure & mix 2ml of flavor than .2 (2/10s) of a mil (this is an example).
Hoosier is...
30 x .70 = 21
30 x .30 = 9
If you mix 1 bottle, it will prevent you from having to measure to get 70/30 in each of your small sample bottles. You can then use however much of the premixed you want in a sample bottle. At that point, you should be able to "pour" 3ml rather than measuring it. You...
I would make another batch and try it every day or 2 until it falls off or it is gone.
If it falls off, post what you mixed in detail and maybe someone will have an idea. Shake it before you sample it.
OB - It may be easier for you to make 30ml with no flavoring then use that to mix your small batches with flavoring.
It is easier to make a 30 ml bottle than it is to make 10 individual 3ml bottles. You are trying to find what you like so the small amount of flavor you add to a 3ml premixed...
Start dripping the lowest % of 1 flavor. You can switch to the next higher % without worry about doing anything to the atty.

I let the samples steep about 14 seconds...
I do not know unless they do not fit their mixing style. I am using them when mixing larger batches of my main vape. I do not even reach for a syringe since my smallest amount is 3.6 - 4.0 ml.
I have seen several people knock them and several rave about them. I like them a lot.
How is the...
I use Wizard Labs and High desert. High desert sells RTS nic. Like everything else, I try to consolidate things if possible to distribute shipping charges across as many items as possible.
Sandy - I was born in OKC.
Wizard Labs has good prices on graduated cylinders. I will order another one when I need some nic or pg.
For all of the graduated cylinder haters, send them to me, I will use them :)
OB - If you are mixing over about 10ml, the graduated cylinders are very handy. I have a 10ml & 50ml. I usually mix 30 or 60ml. When I need 15 ml I use the 10ml cylinder to measure and then pour into the 50ml. If I need to add 33ml, I just pour it into the 50ml one. I am going to get a 100ml...
