After you've uploaded the battery csv file, did you check in escribe if the mod is set to the correct Wh for your battery (9.99wh)? could be that i keep messing up the first time with either too much wick or not enouch space between the wick lead and glass. Annoying this is you can't change wick without emptying tank. -

I tried that with the preinstalled wick (after cutting the cotton). Did that again with new wick. Same result. I think as soon as the you get a dry hit you're bound to get dry hit taste no matter how you tinker with the cotton bc I tried TC mode with the same wick that I experienced a dry hit... -

I tried again to chain vaping it with TC ss316 at 200F. Held the fire button down for at least 5 secs per drag, 5-8 drags. Yes it produced vapor but not "cloudz". Also didn't feel like I was getting a hit from this either. -

just recieved this, used the notch coil, trimmed the wick so that fully extended it reaches halfway through the bottom tank. Getting dry hits even at 25-30W. 1. tried entering TC preheat adjustment from sleep. No garble 2. not blowing clouds at 200F with SS but still getting SOME vapor I believe I have a functional unit. So far no misfires, no screen garble, no cloud chucking at 200F with dual coil SS. Lets hope this doesn't jinx my unit. -

HOTCIG DNA200?
You need to update the battery settings in escribe every time you switch from lipo packs to 18650s. You don't need to do this if you were only swapping out the 900mah with the 1300mah (or was it 1100) -
New to rebuilding and confused on what wattage to use.
The 22g needs more power or else youre gonna wait quite a while for the ramp up. As mentioned it's a regulated mod so youre most likely not going to blow anything up. Just Vape it at the wattage you enjoy the most :) -
Different mod reading same coil at different resistance ?
Yea even mods with the same chip reads it differently. My vaporshark is 0.01 lower than my boxer both using the evolve dna200 chip.- rice721

Coil Building: Help Needed.
A lot of good info. Basically your resistance depends on 2 things, distance (wire length: i.e. How many wraps and inner diameter) and thickness (wire gauge).- rice721

Vaporshark DNA200
The tfv4 has a long 510 pin. The cuboid shares the same 510 connection as the rx200 which is known to get stuck. Coils and cotton don't really have anything to do with the mod, that's tank maintenance. The mod itself doesn't require much maintenance. Get a shark skin if you don't want to...- rice721

Imho if you have the boreas and found that it didn't perform to what you liked then I would skip the supreme. They're essentially the same in performance. You could try closing the bottom airflow. I find flavor to be better on tanks with some draw resistance and with the supreme I have the afc...
