Well, not perzactly... red lights help you sleep (does that count helping you to get into bed?) ;) and blue lights keep the brain active, so perhaps it would help you understand that blue light specials are rarely a real bargain. :D I have often wondered why, if the shrinks know so much about...- Fuzzy Thunderbear

Blue light, by the way, has been proven to impede the sleep process. If you turn those off at night, they'll probably be OK, but if you want lights on all the time, use RED because it aids in sleep.- Fuzzy Thunderbear

I have a little Eleaf 30W mod with internal battery that has been charged via USB since day one, which is over two years now. According to spec, that battery should already be gone, but it is still working fine. I do, however, use a Nightcore Intellicharger for all my 18650s.- Fuzzy Thunderbear
