    That is why you need to spend every cent on the Janty websites. I have a pre-order on it's way, and a LE that will probably be kept on a shelf for backup. I will say that it appears the people who ordered the LE Sticks are more polite about the delay than the pre-orders.

    I actually love the customer service from Janty. On any order that was messed up, I ended up getting free stuff. Warrenty items are replaced with no questions asked. The only issue that I can see is low stock on items. Too many people are ordering from them. Maybe the whiners can quit ordering...

    I don't use the Dura as much, so I'm kinda guessing on the time. I generally use the Kissbox, and then the Dura for some power hits. I appear to get better flavor from my Kissbox.

    I've notice that my Dura-C batteries only last about 3 hours, while my Kissbox batteries last much longer. It also takes a lot longer to recharge the Dura-C batteries. Is this normal, or am I the only one experiencing this?

    The orders I have received even a month ago still say processing on them. I wouldn't pay much attention to that part. The Dura-C is a great product.

    The Dura-C is well worth the extended 3 to 4 day waiting time for it to show up at your door. I just got mine a couple weeks ago and love it.
