With those criteria, there's really only one choice and that's The Prodigy. Others my have their opinion, but the Prodigy 801 with a BE112 atomizer and a straw-modded cart is damn hard to beat right now if you are an 801 fan.
I think this was answered in another thread, but the ability to carry small items had to be removed in favor of increased safety. The new switch with the lock, the vented cover, etc. So no inside storage anymore in the design. Hope this helps.
