All my connectors are airtight on everything I have now. Prodigy, my mods, passthroughs, etc. I have had (1) atomizer die. I use BE112's. Maybe your atomizer's suck?
I think you pretty much nailed it. The only shortcoming of the 801 at lower voltage is the vapor isn't as warm, so the throat hit is low. At higher voltage, that problem goes away entirely.
Honestly?
If one were to move quickly enough...
The Pastafarians did it with their Church of the Flying Spagetti Monster if I'm not mistaken. It could probably work. The major downside I see is it would potentially create a divide in the e-cig community that nobody wants. There are plenty of...
I think my favorite type of 801 battery is The Prodigy right now. It's slightly spendy, but brilliant. I have a bunch more coming though, so we'll see.
My next design is going to have no traditional switch at all. I swear. I'm just going to make a spring-loaded seesaw that pushes the battery into a contact. Switches suck.
no no no no no no no
I don't do the leader thing. I do the right hand man of the leader that pulls strings and gets awesome things done, then quietly slips away when everything goes up in flames type thing. My major function in a production of this type would be to stand around looking...
I'll just echo what everyone else said with tiny clarification.
If you order the 140 dollar "penstyle" kit, you'll get absolutely everything you need to start vaping with the 801 (in one location). I'll explain what that means. You'll get two sets of batteries. You'll never ever kill a fully...
To the thread: On the discussion of liquid per day, what nicotine level you are vaping has a lot do to with vapor consumption to me. I've actually started slowly increasing my nic, and my liquid usage is dropping.
To the OP: Your DH still smokes. That's your entire answer. Being in that kind of...
I've been really curious about the RN4081. The major selling point is hearing stories about how it's almost impossible to kill them with high voltage. I ordered a "Copper" mod from AtmosUSA that uses them.
For me it's all about the AFS and new atty's. So that means I'm going 6V 901 no matter what. I have a TON of 801 PV's. I don't think there's much left I can do to an 801. Since the Imeoatty (nice ring to it) threads on 901, and the AFS relies on that atty, that makes the choice easy. Plus, I...
You seem to think we are having the discussion you've already lost. If you have the need to pointlessly argue with people, UFO's are great fodder for that. The thing you don't seem to understand is that the 801 coil is literally three times larger than the 510. You'd know that if you say, owned...
Here's a really nice thread about UFO's that you can argue with yourself in.

Hope This Helps
I swear to God, if some supplier doesn't pick them up, I'll fly to Greece to get one. Wouldn't mind biting some bread and sipping retsina on the med anyway.
