Hey all, just wanted to say have a lovely week everybody. I am getting ready to go camping on the beach for the week and just wanted to wish everyone a happy week!
Its actually supposed to be healthier for your metabolism to eat more smaller meals as you never hit a hunger point and your body does not panic. Its not full meals, for instance breakfast on lifting mornings is oatmeal with berries tossed in and a protien shake. After work out is a protein...
I eat six meals a day most days, but my salt is around 2500 mg and my calories are around 3000 or so. Its not terribly hard, just an exercise of will power to start with. After a couple of weeks you adjust and it is normal.
Happy Shatner day!!! Its his birthday today too!!!
The push for me was my blood pressure on the edge of putting me into the hospital, you don't want a push like that.
Just been swamped with this new project and trying to get my health in check. Blood pressure is lower now, so thats good, and I have lost close to 13 lbs so far.
Hate working on Saturday, especially when I just have to sit infront of my monitor in case they need a dev lead. Cant wait for corned beef and cabbage tonight!!!!
Its just kept me busy, figuring out the deployment schedules and time estimates for it. Can't wait to get back to coding it and not documenting and project management stages.
