Lol. You have to understand 310 is not as bad as it sounds with my body size. I used to be 285 with 10% body fat back in 2002.

After a very strict no/low salt diet and doing nothing to elevate my heart rate i managed to get it low enough to head to the gym again. now the real diet fun begins as i always have issues eating enough calories. based on my bmi I need to eat between 2800 to 3500 calories a day.
I am diabetic and take metformin so I can so totally relate. My blood pressure was 210 over something ridiculous 3 weeks ago, so I had to totally change my diet.
10 lbs in 4 days and within two weeks I dropped from stage 2 hypertension to pre-hypertension. So far so good. It is a big adjustment. Good seeing you too.
