    I guess I've only had Madvapes kit, a Mistic Kit, and a EliteVaporworks kit (The EVW currently sits on the bottom of pleasent lake in Rockville, MN:() All three preformed the same, and I have never hit the limiter on any of them. I can't imagine taking a 13second toot on any PV.
