    Congrats and welcome to ECF :) I don't think its that important most manufacturers seem to put a full or near full charge on their stuff, in my experience. I hope you enjoy your riva/ego what ever it is lol

    I didn't notice that.. odd my sits flush. They must be carrying a different tank now.. Once I filled the carto and the tank I didn't have an issue with it until I was down to the last 1/3 of the tank when I would just top it off.

    Your tank looks like this Madvapes Dual Coil 510 Tank Cartomizer I was pointing out that they look disturbingly similar, almost identical beside the drip tip. My experience is with the madvapes tank. But i filled my cartos from the mouth piece side using the carto condom method...

    I would say avoid the DCT from madvapes. I've had mine 2 weeks and its leaking :(

    newer cartos have a plastic o ring in them to hinder refiling, if you pop the mouth piece out and remove the o ring you'll get a much better fill;) I just noticed this change recently (6 weeks ago)
