Most e-cigs come from China, the trick is finding a good reliable source. I get my shipments their door to my door in 7 days or less (to Michigan). I've also dealt with some companies that it takes 3-4 weeks. I'm very happy with my direct suppliers now, but finding the right ones can be frustrating.- Taxidermist
