    I don't even think I get an hour outta mine...I use my janty stick like a pacifier and am constantly refilling and direct dripping. I get the best throat hit outta a fresh refill anyway so it's all good.

    510 for sure...throat hit is very important to me and 510 delivers.

    If being tethered down by a cord (as you will with a passthrough) is impractical for your lifestyle, then buy a PCC. If you work someplace that it is convenient for you to plug in, then get the PT.

    I carry it around disassembled in my PCC so I don't really worry about orientation. Are you using manual or auto batteries? I would think that automatic would be more sensitive in that area than manual...
