Rayon Wick - Better Flow, Flavor, Longevity, and Nic Hit!! - Pt.2

I vape a single coil around 40w typically. If your at 10-12, 13-15 should be about the same heat as 10-12... the reason is the added saturation cools the coil more. You may not need to go up if you don't want to.. but you can. Youll see things are much different with rayon as it doesn't burn...

Rayon Wick - Better Flow, Flavor, Longevity, and Nic Hit!! - Pt.2

Hey guys, my preferred method for breaking rayon in is after she's totally drenched. Lower your normal power a little and blow the first 5-10 drags straight out the atty, just make sure it doesn't go dry, resaturate and the flavor will be much better on your first vape.

Rayon Wick - Better Flow, Flavor, Longevity, and Nic Hit!! - Pt.2

Yeah, they all pack cotton down over those holes in the base/ deck.. Instead of using separate pieces just trim some little tails to lay down there like I do with the flash e-Vapor. But smaller obviously. I think it may work great and they would stay more in place around the walls and on that...

Use the ti setting unless you need more heat than it will provide.. And it doesn't sound like you will need any more.. I vape at higher power and temp hence I used ni mode with ti to get higher Temps.

Rayon Wick - Better Flow, Flavor, Longevity, and Nic Hit!! - Pt.2

So how's it working? Next build you may consider making the coil bigger in diameter or the same size as the slots. Using pg I would say slot size for maximum wick in the slots. I would say 3mm may be too much for you though, maybe 2.5mm.. Then wick it straight through and cut outside the cup...

Rayon Wick - Better Flow, Flavor, Longevity, and Nic Hit!! - Pt.2

Well I use many, each has some pluses. Any type recommended in post 6 of this thread is better than none.. If you don't mind unrolling balls I would get Delasco's. The price and amount is reasonable. Post 6

Rayon Wick - Better Flow, Flavor, Longevity, and Nic Hit!! - Pt.2

Rayon will by nature will need more due to higher saturation, 3w is typically recommended.

You'll probably find that the flooding problem disappears with rayon in there. That's one of the benefits, eliminates problems. No extra will be needed. If anything less. You should notice how bushy the tails are with rayon. You building horizontal or vertical? I'm looking into this cubis head.

Keep it extra long to make it easier to work with, then cut the excess at the end. Do not cut the piece to short to start with.... Thanks for good wishes, unfortunately this issue will not be going away anytime soon. But the forums are a way for me to get away for a while. Thanks everyone for...

Thank you very much Krisma.. I appreciate it.!. Gave me a glimmer of happiness and joy. I've had a very bad day today. So it's always nice to hear how much it has helped others. Your always welcome to post anything here, no question is stupid. Myself and many others in the Rayonati are...

If the stars align.. Or you can pull really hard. lol.. I'm vaping 90% vg. I had it up to 7 for a while lung hits. I go 45w when I want a stiff vape... Had it up to 50w before but that was a little overkill for me. Lol Just vaping the FEV right now, drilled to 3mm, Fresh Rayon hitting it...

Flash-e-Vapor V2 rba by Artur Schwarze

Who said the FEV was big, it's not that big... Barely taller than the bachelor tank.. But it is heavy, it's solid stainless steel. I have 3 clones, v2 tobecco, & 2 hotcigs FEV v3 drilled to 3mm, (I was attempting to quiet the air flow on this one, may have helped a little, but not really)

Oh I like it too. The ONLY tank I've used in almost two years, just till last week when I got a bachelor. Just rewicked the FEV, it's rocking it, 6.8v, 45w and great flavor, air drilled to 3mm rayon wick .. It can take it to 50w if I'm feeling rough... It's still Holding its own against the...

Make sure the tank is screwed down tight. Look for any damage on the orings like cuts or tears. There are replacements for them.. Ecf- I found the oring I was missing, so I did receive both base orings. The top base oring is the primary seal, the bottom seal is secondary. But I think if the...

If the top refill seal isn't sealing it will leak due to loss of vacuum. I think your losing vacuum. How's your refill seal look? I've had no problems. What's size coil? Is your juice 100pg? I had it leak some once because I didn't have the juice control closed during filling. They...

The two tiny black ones are for the chimney tube. Two of the clear orings are supposed to be flat! The larger flat one goes under the glass seal in the bottom. The smaller flat one is for the upper chimney seal. The smaller regular clear oring is for the upper base ring.

Flash-e-Vapor V2 rba by Artur Schwarze

Cool, the completed kit is a much better way for him to sell it. The only thing he needs for the next version is taking the air flow up to 4mm and enlarging the chimney tube a little bit to 4-5mm, and give the chamber 2mm more headroom for bigger coils.

Pushing 6.5 volts / 42w to it on the regular with 94% vg using Rayon Wick.. :vapor: And this is my first build with it, and wick, it could take 50w with some adjustments. Oh I feel ya, I was stuck on one tank for a year and a half before I got this.
