    In the evening when I tend to smoke almost constantly, a pen batt lasts about 1.5-2 hours. During the day at work with on-off use it's about 3-4 hours.

    I've experienced the same when switching from Cash's to Jane's. Both are great, but seem to get more vapor from Kick juice on a low battery. If you add a little VG to Cash's juice it performs the same.

    Yes, yes, yes. The Everclear (or Golden Grain) is a must. Great, residue free solvent for cleaning. Dries fast, cheap ($4.99 USD half-pint) and is also great for mixing, thinning and extracting.

    My advice is to go for another kit. If you are relying on one cig, then 4 batteries and 2 chargers is the way to go. The logistics of keeping up with one charger is very difficult.

    I recently had the same problem with a 901 battery. Cold, dead no led, no vape. Contacted Steve about it, then forgot about it for about 3 days. Went to pack it up to send back and whammo, suddenly working again. It's still working great and in fact it's one of my better ones now.

    That's it. You have to remove the braided sheathing on it, and as I stated above I think it is still a little large to use as is in penstyles. However, it is easy enough to peel off strands to whittle it down. That (adjusting overall density), I think, is gonna be the key.

    Look at my thread on kevlar cart material. Initial tests indicate that it will not stick to atomizers in 901s or penstyles. Makes sense cause it will not melt, and if it does you are standing too close to a leaky reactor.
