Just go easy on the water, use as necessary to thin VG to a less-than-molasses consistency. Not gonna hurt anything permanently if you add too much.
Keep in mind that flavorings are mostly water or alcohol, so factor that in when mixing.

Some "sizzle" may be a characteristic of your atomizer, but if you're getting the sizzle with almost no vapor then you can be sure you have too much water. Best way to get viscosity right is to mix the VG + water first to a slightly thicker consistency than the VG 36mg. Slightly thicker to...
I would not mix the VG 50/50 with water. Doing that would make your final 6mg mix appx 41% water! It will likely sizzle like crazy and not produce much vapor.
I usually mix 10% water to VG *before* mixing with PG/VG 36mg. Although since you will be cutting a lot (25ml VG/Water mix + 5ml...
Usually 10% distilled water works well. 10% Distilled water + 5-8% Ethanol (Golden grain/Everclear 190 Proof) will give you something very close to "commercial" e-liquid.
You didn't specify whether you were refilling carts or dripping. But if you are dripping straight VG go easy especially...
Hmmmm... Can't confirm anything over here. We're a 100% Linux house, no MS products at all. 5 years and no virii.
Man, I cannot imagine going back to dealing with pop-ups and "anti-virus" crap again.

Let's see...
27ml of 26mg liquid + 3ml flavor (recommended - 5.5ml is in the bottle)
27 x 36 = 972mg nic total
we add 3ml flavor which brings us up to 30ml total volume, so...
972/30 = 32.4mg nic.
If we added all 5.5ml of flavor it would be 32.5ml total volume, so...
972/32.5 =...
All I can say is soon. We really don't have enough flavor stock to do it right now (we're working with our suppliers on packaging solutions.) The next order will go in this week and when that order gets here we will be offering a 3 Pak choice of flavors.
