    I've been looking at different pics on here of the dse905 and some have the old style battery connector on them, like on a regular battery,,That may be the v1,,my dse905 has a flat centerpiece(no hole) and a square base inside the light ring(maybe the newer model)

    First of all trog screwdriver is not on the same level as the dse905. No electronics, just a simple switch,,as for the housing itself, it's comparing apples to apples..even if the electronics failed on the dse905, you could gut it and replaced them with a simple switch or order a new upper...

    I got 5hr out of the first battery straight out the box, while the other charged for 3hr until fully charged.

    I like my dse905 so much that I put my 6v mod away,,you never know what the electronics are going to do after you drop it a couple of time, but the body and feel is solid.

    It took vaping along with the Committ lozenges to get me off analogs,,and believe me I've tried everything, even hypnosis..but I only vape now,,from 36mg nic to 24mg to 18mg,,i'm vaping around 12mg now, but heading to zero..hang in there..it will get easier..

    i've never seen the 801 or 901 manuals at eastmall.. YOU MUST BE REFERRING TO THE PASSTHRU.
