    Not that I know of- but truly its easy. They send a card with "how to" on it- and its simple! Its a custom taste too, add a little or a lot.... LOVE their banana nut...cant testify for any other flavors tho! ;)

    Believing something is true doesn't make it true. It does contradict. She said there is no such thing as a good person, yet the bible says you are made in his image, and "God is good." Logical incompatibility.

    Ironically- it is said that it(the bible) is responsible for majority of people becoming atheist and agnostic. Also ironical, atheist and agnostics always seem to know more about the bible than most Christians I have met.
