    Wharf, The Woodwind from Camp Chef has a sear box attached for doing a reverse sear on steaks...Camp Chefs are also capable of 500* and I believe the Traegars get near that temp....The Rec Tec is also capable of 500* plus....I'll try smoking the steaks and just before target temp fire it on...
