    We got Rod's ashes spread yesterday....Glad that everything is finally over...Not really sure where I'm at with all that....My only choice is to head on down the road....     This week has been emotionally draining to say the least....Aunt Azalee's funeral went well....She's gonna be missed...I knew Rod's funeral would be rough and it was...We had services Tuesday and then the family and I buried 1/2 his ashes beside his father yesterday....Saturday we're following...

    Two days back I cut the dead Dogwood tree from the front of Mom's house...got the stump up and all that good stuff...I lit the pile at around 5pm yesterday...Several times I had to go out and push the pile up on the bed of coals as I wanted it all burned in one go..Heavy storms/tornadoes/hail...
