    Cart Filler?

    Found the polyester batting in sheet form at a local fabric store. 6inches by 48inches for 37cents. Just cut a strip the same width as the cartridge opening. Then cut into lengthes the same as the cartridge depth. Then stuff the cartridge. Quick and easy. Works great.

    What fluid are you using? Sounds like the fluid may be too thin or the cartridge is not stuffed correctly. If the fluid is too watery, thicken it with some glycerin.

    I have to agree that the smell probably won't bother you since you are still smelling them constantly in the furnishings and when he smokes. As far as the dizziness goes, you are still getting the nic fix with the e-cig so I don't think the analogs would get you dizzy.

    I wouldn't go to the smokers area to vape. You will still smell like smoke from the "2nd hand smoke". Maybe get with supervisor for ok to smoke in staff lounge/break room or stairwell, etc. Good luck!
