Which interface do I need?
It is much easier to just get a spare switch. That way you don't have to worry about switching them back and forth all the time. -

A standard resistance atty is around 2.2-2.4 ohm, so a 3.5ohm atty at 6V should work fine. The HV 510 attys we sell are 4.2ohm, and they work awesome, so I would think you will be fine with the 3.5. -

Yes our llquid is also 100% VG, which is pretty thick. I prefer to use it with the Ultra w/RES at 3.7v with a low resistance 306. Works perfect for me. A LR 510 works just as well, I just prefer the slightly hotter temp and better vapor production of the 306. From reading your post I assume you... -

Sorry for the late reply. Yes the switch is the same for either interface. If you want to save even more money simply take the RES off and keep the RES atomizer interface on and use whatever you want. It doesn't look as good as the standard atomizer interface, but works just as well none the... -

Little help with the RES
After a couple weeks of use the nickel plating on the threads will smooth out and then the need for any sort of vaseline or gel wont be necessary anymore. Just stick with it. -

Congratulations on your purchase. I'm sure you will find that the more you use it and break it in the more you will like it. The reason they are nickel plated and not anodized is for better conductivity. Nickel plating is extremely conductive. Anodizing the alpha could possibly cut it down so... -

Not Firing
Did you try cleaning it out? Also, what happens to a lot of people is when you screw your atomizer in it pushes the switch housing out a little bit. So after you screw the atomizer in, unscrew the battery sleeve and main body and push the switch back up towards the atomizer to make sure it has a... -
1 month self present
Yeah I really like the gunmetal look of it also. I have only cleaned mine once and it was for a video on how to clean one. I am upset because I had it really dark and now it's gonna take some time to get it back like that. Oh well. Glad that you are liking it so far. -
