The ultramax was the only mod the TSA questioned
It's crazy what they can manage to think up at airports. I'm surprised they didn't detain you to a cell under suspicion that it was a small nuclear device or something. At least you made it home safe and got to keep all your mods. -

A few concerns with the Ultramax
Glad you got it figured out. And the new switches are much better than the old ones. I think you will find you will like it a lot more after you get the new switch installed. -

Both of you try this. Sometimes the switch housing gets pushed down to far towards the battery, making the atomizer contact farther away and harder to activate. Try pushing the black part of the switch back down inside the atomizer interface, screwing on the main body, and then screwing in your... -
