    Yeah that is the problem with warrantying them. We have to get them back and inspect them before we can warranty them.     I guess my opinion is biased because we sell it, but Regular Full flavor is my favorite liquid ever. It's all I use anymore. Yes all the switches going out from now on are the new nickel plated switches that do not come apart.

    Rather than taking your first pull, just try activating the atomizer for 5-10 seconds and then try taking a pull. If you can't blow the excess juice back into the RES just try and burn it out so you don't get a mouthful of liquid.

    Email support@innovapor.com with the issue you are having with your RES and see if Mark can't figure it out. He is a genius when it comes to troubleshooting the Alphas.

    Yes the RES was designed around Ultrapure and that stuff is 100% VG and very, very thick. So if you have real thin liquid you will just have to blow the excess back into the RES every couple of draws.

    Suggestions for future models

    The tank is an option, but right now we are working on a new ceramic for the RES that will wick better, hold more liquid, and overall work a lot better. At least that's what we are hoping for. Won't know for sure until we have one made and test it out.

    I am a night owl, however my son has been sleeping through the night since about 2 months old, lucky me. But he doesn't take naps at all during the day so I have to get things done at night. It's the most awesome experience I have ever had though.
