You shouldn't have to worry about juice in the air tube. I know a lot of people have used dual coil cartos with the Alphas and they work great. Glad to know you are loving yours. -
Ultramax corrosion/ rusting
I would imagine that it is the liquid. When that stuff builds up and especially when it gets hot it is like glue. Try taking a wet rag and really wiping it down hard, or try the lemon juice as darjelin said. Edit: By the way, if you could send me a picture of what you are looking at it might... -

As long as the batteries fit properly in the battery sleeve and you use the correct atomizer for the higher voltage then you should be fine. -

Cleaning the wick in the RES
A simple rinse under some cold water will do the trick 99% of the time. If you have some really pungent liquid I would just rinse it, let it dry for a few minutes, rinse again, etc until the smell is gone. Also, if there is a little smell lingering, it will get covered up by the new liquid you... -

No I don't think we will ever come out with a pg version. PG in its natural state is a very terrible tasting liquid, which is why most of the flavors made out of pg have lots of additives. We would never be able to replicate the ULTRApure flavor with pg. And adding a bunch of additives would go... -

N8T definitely does not recommend using an ultrasonic washer. I think it would destroy the ceramic. -
