Same way you clean out any other atomizer. I use everclear. Some people use rubbing alcohol. I would advise against using the rubbing alcohol though. If you can't get your hands on everclear, the next best thing is to use very cheap, dry 100 proof vodka. Just keep running it through your atty... -
ULTRApure E-Liquid with eGO-C - problem?
Ultrapure is 100% VG and is extremely thick. The Alpha and AVA's were designed around Ultrapure liquid which is why it works so well in them. It's very possible that it is just getting clogged in your other LR attys. Which brand are you using? I just use regular Joye 510 LRs and it works great... -
What atomizers work with RES?
Well they offer a 3 month warranty on all AVA's. So its possible that you got two lemons which is a bummer deal. But on the bright side is they are both under warranty and will be replaced. -

Sounds like it is most likely just dead. Send an email to support@innovapor.com and they will get you squared away. -

Bottom feeders actually work worse with the RES because they drain liquid down onto the switch which makes it corrode faster and have to be cleaned more often. If you are using an AVA it is better to use the non bottom feeder version. -

Sorry I haven't been on here lately. I've been dealing with being out of town and my son in the hospital. It's been very stressful lately. I agree with you that a new upgraded version should be worked on. Maybe with enough support behind us we can get Apex to do something about it. -
