    Thanks for clearing up the +1 thing :) Yes, major insomnia from vaping. I recently dropped nic levels down to 12mg starting at 9:30pm and can now sleep again! Give it a shot, go half or less nic a couple hours before bed time. Good luck! Love this thread! Lol! ice

    Juice Bottles that POP the Cap !

    I also have this problem with hidden valley ranch...sometimes I need a small dob on my salad, and the top pops and I end up filling my entire salad bowl...I've only had it happen once with ejuice, immediately transferred that juice into a better empty bottle I saved. LOL sucks! ice
