    i've read that u can run power or nickel mode out of the box. but the preheat is set at 200w, so u might need to tweak it abit.

    yes. n as u can see the screws r both the same size on description no.1 and 2. but description no.1 is for allen key screw, n the head is too big to worked with subtank mini.
