    Sounds like a plan. I had to bump mine up to 36 mg and now I'm much happier. More productive, too. I had been trying to conserve while buying pre-filled cartridges, but now I do my own refilling and use the cartridges as supplements. Good luck!

    I'd like to echo the water advice. Swishing a couple of swallows is especially good. Additionally, Trident Tropical Twist may be the best gum I've ever chewed. I get the whole box of 12 packs, 18 sticks per, at Sam's for under 9 bucks.
