    The first ones I got that worked well were from ecigsupply and Cignot. These were all from ecigsupply. Real Joye, AFAIK.

    I can't recommend anything in particular, except that I'm going to buy a Mako Midi pretty soon, mostly based on price and simplicity. I haven't tried an end-button device, so I'm curious how well that works too. The Mako has a lockout feature, so I'm not too worried about accidental activation.
