I still use the V1 kayfuns. Back a while ago, pbusardo showed a couple "plugs" designed to be able to plug into the top and then he was able to invert it, take the bottom off and get to the coil. Basically it enables one to get to the coil without having to drain the tank. I can't remember... -

I never take that tiny screw out to fill mine. I do the "block the air hole" fill method. Not being able to get to my coil without draining the tank is definitely a negative but I live with it. well.. I got 2 of the screws out but the other 2 won't budge and I'm afraid I'll strip them. I have a friend who works on computers.. I'm going to take it to him, he has better screw drivers and is used to working with this kind of thing. For now I'm just going to use it "as is" and take care...
