    Interesting, My Doctors Do Not Consider Vaping Smoking at All

    DH and I go through American Income Life, as long as you have quit smoking for 12 months they concider you a non smoker. My agent was very knowledgeable about e cigs, he said "vaping is much safer than smoking" and the company is happy to give vapers non smoking rates.

    I started at 36mg, but my body just doesn't need or want much nic any more. I tend to vape between 0 and 6 now but when my stress level peaks I jump it up to 8mg and I'm a happy camper again.
