    Thanks MaryKay. My local Radio Shack dealer calls me "cat lady" all the time. As a matter of fact, when I make a purchase and get my receipt...it is printed out to "cat lady" :D My avatars' caption reads "DOOM - Now in fun size"

    That might work...I don't know. What originally threw me off, was the larger amount of patches used, because EACH PATCH contains 145mg. of nicotine. Even if you could only get 50% out...that's almost 70mg. of nic.

    I think it does, Dan...thanks. I wanted to see if I can make my own nic-juice, and this seemed the safest way. I tried the Snus, and wound up with tobacco juice with very little nic. I didn't realize that it would take that many patches to get one 30 ml. bottle, though.

    I read a previous thread about extracting nicotine from patches....my question is, the nicotine in one patch is 145mg. A recipe for getting 24mg nic juice (30ml) is to use 5ml of 145mg juice. If I soak a patch in, say, 10ml of PG....would I still have 145mg juice? Same if I soak it in 20ml PG...

    Hey Jim...some have posted on the board that you can get some menthol crystals from your local pharmacy, if you mention that you are going to use them in a vaporizer (for sinus problems, etc.).
