Sorry to hear that FV. I've been doing PT type excersizes for my shoulders. My ortho doc thinks it should help with whatever I've got. Yeah, it hasnt helped a bit. All it does is reinforce why I went to the doctors about it in the first place. It does nothing but hurt. Been kinda busy here...- efirdj
