FDA RJ Reynolds (RAI) files FDA comment asking for its competition to be banned

Mike, I don't have time to find it at this time, but both in the 2009 court ruling and in the press conference about the deeming regulations it was stated that the only way the FDA had any control was if it was deemed a tobacco product and sourced from tobacco. They lost in 2009 trying to...

A small randomized controlled trial shows impressive effects of e-cigarettes on smoking cessation

This should help if the ANTZ will read it, nice to have a study using gen 2 PVs proving what most on here have known from experience. Cigalikes work but gen 2 is much better, makes you wonder what affect the VV, VW and the new constant temp gen 3-4 units will have on future studies. Consistency...

I'm battling some ANTZ from Cali with edits to the wikipedia page on e-cigs

Could this be a large mistake on their part, if they have him write the reports and no one is willing to publish press releases with his name on them it might be good.

White Paper: Electronic Cigarettes in the Indoor Environment - American Industrial Hygiene Association

FUD is the reason, if I pass gas it's a "chemical emission" it stinks but it won't kill you. After being on here for over 3 years I've come to the conclusion that the ANTZ/desk murders do not care if the truth has anything to do with the latest buzz words to create FUD that will further their...

Interesting Recall due to PG in the EU

The person who wrote the article might be embarrassed if they read this: Propylene Glycol (Inactive Ingredient) - Drugs.com It's considered safe to inject it as a drug carrier and the body treats it as a normal carbohydrate, it might cause someone to gain some weight. :D:vapor:

Using PVs at work claimed to show lack of focus

Don't tell the desk murders that, they are well paid by BP to try and keep much safer nicotine from roaming free. They can't say there's a pill for that if you can buy it at the local gas and go in an enjoyable form. This also irritates the puritans.:D:vapor:

White Paper: Electronic Cigarettes in the Indoor Environment - American Industrial Hygiene Association

Since the desk murders decided to ignore the three large cohort studies that found little to no correlation between second hand smoke and cancer. The Netherlands study did find something that barely made it out of the statistical noise in women who lived with heavy smokers for over 30 years.

Using PVs at work claimed to show lack of focus

So if after 20 years they figure out that 50% of the deaths they claimed were smoking related actually were caused by genetics or pollution, that would mean "only" 190,000 lives saved per year.:vapor:

MedCityNews: Public health leaders need to work with vaping advocates not against them

While the bolded is true we need to stay on "public health" until those in public health who actually care about it call the grant sucking charlatans out for what they are, paid whores for BG, BP and BT. Hi Stan. :2c::D:vapor:

San Mateo County (CA) Board of Supervisors bans vaping and smoking inside and outside of apartments and condos

This just highlights what we are dealing with, kind of like the legislator that tried to pass a law that said pi = 3.

Post office workers have an allergic reaction to flavoring being shipped.

The real story here for us is the news media decided to tie it to e-cigarettes instead of the real problem. 14 years ago this wouldn't have been news but with the incidents that have happened since anything emitting a potent smell in the mail can cause panic in a mail sorting facility.

FDA Should I donate to help fund Dr. Michael Siegel's new study?

I agree with this, but we do need facts to go to court with.

I wonder if any of those postal workers would have the same reaction walking by a Cinnabon store at the local mall? :D:vapor:

Post office workers have an allergic reaction to flavoring being shipped.

Notice the way they tie it to e-cigarettes instead of Cinnabon, by using the chemical name for cinnamon flavoring and mentioning e-cigarettes the ANTZ propaganda goes on. Cinnamaldehyde - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia :glare::vapor:

Acosta Dental Arts Posts FUD on Google+ and Disables Comments?

You have to admit that it was a well written propaganda piece, someone without the knowledge most on here have it combines snippets of truth with ANTZ lies in a way that sounds totally believable. It makes me wonder if we won't be seeing similar from other dentists as it sounds like something...
