Tried to stay out of tin foil hat area, I still think they are trying to gain total control of it so they can bring out the latest miracle drug for dementia. eta:With the first of the boomers turning 68 this year there is going to be a huge market mostly paid for by medicare. BP is salivating...

WHO Working Group Agrees Draft Decision on E-Cigarettes Regulation

They are using ENDS ( electronic nicotine delivery system) to complete the demonization of nicotine. The move from smoking kills to tobacco kills to nicotine kills is almost complete.:vapor:

FDA RJ Reynolds (RAI) files FDA comment asking for its competition to be banned

This is going to make any Mod a true personal vaporizer as the FDA has already stated that their only hook to regulate e-cigarettes is tobacco derived nicotine. If nothing else it will drive regulators crazy trying to figure out how to get congress to add a substance that has not provably killed...

    Tobacco and Ebola?

One thing to remember, the CDC advises but the State has to implement their advice. I think the only way the Feds can make it happen is martial law. Not trying to defend the CDC, but that is left at the state level.

How an Ebola outbreak in US could protect vaping and benefit public health

This 2010 study seems to refute the body fluids only transmission of similar virus', they found it will live for a while on glass and plastic but stainless steel seems to kill it. With what I've learned on ECF about the CDC/FDA it makes me wonder what else they are not telling us. Found it on...

FDA Consumer groups petition FDA for tougher warnings on Pfizer's Chantix

Why do the studies used by the FDA to change the black box label in part 4 sound suspiciously like many we are seeing from the ANTZ ? If their was any doubt that BP is behind a lot of the crap being spread about PVs go and read the pdf to see exactly how they operate, the first section has...

How an Ebola outbreak in US could protect vaping and benefit public health

I personally am not worried about ebola coming through an airport as we can control about anything that comes in that way, see Dallas. What worries me is it getting loose in any Central American country or Mexico and people coming North through our basically uncontrolled southern border in...

    FDA What happens if/when…

Why? It's a recreational consumer product that doesn't cause death or any known health problems. No one drives erratically or makes questionable decisions while under it's influence. There is no logical reason to tax it higher than any other consumer product except to replace the tobacco taxes...

FDA CDC announces $212 million in grants to all 50 states to reduce chronic diseases, tobacco use and probably vaping

Worse than this, the $270m regulatory science funds are spread over 5 years but the $212m propaganda funds are just the first years funding and it's hard to find a government program that goes down in funding year to year. I'll bet the nannies are partying hard right now knowing their jobs...
