    That has helped, but the only paradigm shift in the nicotine market since 2007 is the e-cigarette. The ANTZ do not want anyone paying attention to that fact.

    I'm from the if it's to good to be true crowd it probably isn't. The problem is the numbers sound close to what would be expected if they gave people who were thinking about quitting decent equipment and some help with it. I'll just wait for further conformation either way. :D:vapor:
