If it was just Washington doing it I'd say they may be using to much of the newly legalized substance, but it isn't. Makes you wonder if they all aren't partaking in some 50 state illegal substance?

The ANTZ do not want anyone paying attention to that fact.

I'm from the if it's to good to be true crowd it probably isn't.
The problem is the numbers sound close to what would be expected if they gave people who were thinking about quitting decent equipment and some help with it.
