    What has happened is the vendors who depended on flavor suppliers for testing will have to now test their fluids and post results if they want to claim they are free of DA & AP. They can no longer say but the flavor supplier said there is none without testing, they have lost plausible deniability.

    Yes, the FDA has the power to deem them a tobacco product do to the nicotine source and that is what they are attempting to do with the deeming regulation. Congress gave them that authority under the tobacco act.

    If you search the IP address lat/lon on google earth you end up in a residential area in Menlo Park. Don't count on it being accurate as if I do the same on my IP address it takes me to a railroad overpass ~ 40 miles from my house. :D:vapor:
