The more I read about the tobacco control industry the less I think of it as an industry. It's nothing more than tax payer funded welfare for people who don't need it.
Is it just me or do others wonder why this appears shortly after what is being discussed here.

Also it appears that he CDC thinks that the deeming is a done deal.
glANTZ is strictly a quit or die ANTZ and he doesn't consider or admit that those of us who have switched to e-cigarettes have quit smoking, we have just changed brands. If he said anything different the grant gravy train would go away.
After reading the original story again I'm wondering if ADV was just collateral damage from someone trying to get back at the automotive leasing business above them for repoing a vehicle. Some people get violent when you take their ride away and that makes more sense than an attack on a vape...
Maybe if BP stayed out of the fight, you have to remember they spend close to 100 times that much worldwide in a year promoting their drugs.

It won't defund the FDA, which I personally don't think is that bad of an idea, it just prohibits them from using any funds from this or any other act to enforce the 2007 grandfather date on newly deemed items.
