They can't declare it a safe, effective treatment as long as it can be found for $40-60 per liter of 100mg usp grade. They lost when the it's not a drug ruling came down and they've been trying to recover from that ever since.
:D
And when they do have a "spending cut" it's actually a reduction in a spending increase ie: we'll only increase spending by 2.7% instead of 3%.
eta: Then they claim a 10% reduction.
Slightly OT:
I've been on the wrong side of that, we worked on a car that had some serious wiring problems that the customer turned down repairs on among which was a positive battery cable that the insulation was falling off of in a dangerous place. Two days later we get a call, the car had...

HB.251.2013-2014 Regular Session

That's not a clone, the lettering peeling off happened with the first ones. My pre-order version 1.1 looks just like that. DD changed what he was using on the lettering not long after the first couple of runs.
Something I've thought for a long time, the FDA, BP, CDC and their alphabet group minions will rue the day they started the war on e-cigarettes as they have created a large group of people that now believe nothing they say without firm proof. I mean look at salt, natural fats and cholesterol and...
Does anyone else see the humor in the CDC admitting in a peer reviewed study that e-cigarettes are at least 3 times as effective as their partner BP's NRT?
25% of the e-cigarette users in their peer reviewed study don't smoke analogs and they are calling that a failure. The only failure is...
