    Try running a safety pin or needle between the tank and o ring. This will allow the air pressure to equalize. After filling a tank there is higher pressure in the tank than outside causeing it to leak till its the same

    replacement grommets came today

    It can also be the grommet. There will be one side that has a protruding nipple or bellybutton looking defect. Make sure that end is always outside the tank.
