You need aw imr 18650 with the long end cap and 18490 with the short. You can change your voltage to use most any carto but i find boge 3.0 are my fav on provari.
Boge 3.0 in a chibi tank from parkes vapeing. I vape between 4.4-5.5 on it. Your going to want a carto tank at higher volts or your gona be topping off alot.
Ill tell you the top two reasons i prefer vv. First off in the morning i need softer vapor to start off with so i dial it down to 4.4v. As the day goes on its not harsh anymore so im near 5v. By the end of the day i need just a tad more hit i might dial up to 5.5v.

I can only speak from personal observations on my end. At 24mg less than an hour of vapeing leaves me with a headache and feeling jittery and uptight. At 12 i have to chain vape to feel that way and it takes me longer to relax at bed time. At 6 i feel no effects.
