    I have several (cheap) USB adapters which won't work. The ones that do work are rated at 2 amps. PV's seem to require that little bit of additional amperage. The Volcano adapter will probably work or you can look elsewhere online. I found one for $1.98 on Amazon which claimed to be 2 Amps...

    I recommend REAL WOOL for filling cartridges

    Hmmm...I am now thinking of just clipping a bit of wool from this sheep that I know. My daughter is raising one. I'm wondering how to clean it. So far, I guess I will wash it thoroughly in water and then give it a bath for a while in Everclear. Any ideas/cautions out there?

    I think there is some variation in those flashlights and some of them don't come with that big spring. I'm thinking Madog's didn't. My circuit board falls down into the battery compartment without it.

    Muriatic Acid. Isn't that "just" highly concentrated HCl ? (or is it H2SO4 ?) Hydrochloric acid is pretty common and should dilute/wash away the same as any acid, like Acetic acid (vinegar), right? Everyone seems to freak about Muriatic, but if it is just strong HCl, its main danger...

    Cart Mod for better refilling

    I started doing this with my 401 since you need an unbent paper clip to push the inner cart up anyway. This also works well with a 901. Drip 2 or 3 or however many drops the cart will take. Slide the paper clip down into the cart and squeeze the cart material against the side of the cart...
